This game is a single-screen platformer, with a theme of breaking the rules. You're introduced to normal platformer conventions:

-Gravity is down.

-Enemies can be killed by bouncing on their head, and you die by touching them.

-Falling to the bottom of the screen kills you.

-Platforms are solid.

However, with powerups, you can change the flow of the game to break platformer conventions on the fly:

-Gravity flips

-Platforms can be clipped through

-If you hit the bottom or top of the screen, you wrap around to the other side.

-Enemies can be killed by walking through them, and jumping on them kills you.

This opens up new ways to solve platforming puzzles that aren't possible using normal platforming conventions.
